5 sealed envelopes, handed out to whoever wants one at breakfast. Every envelope contains the same list of tasks. At any given point:
An envelope holder can pick any one of the tasks and set Liam off
Liam has a set time to complete it
Succeeds → picks someone to get a shot
Fails → shot
Logistics for the Group
Most things are booked but not yet paid for. I suggest we set up a Splitwise group, and can pick up the tabs and then share costs afterwards. Liam can find other ways than cash to pay — we should cover his costs.
